美豐行有限公司於1997年成立，當時世界經濟正急速滑落，嚴重打擊了香港整個工程行業，唯美豐行工程服務有限公司本著「專業技術、以客為本」之精神，貫切始終，因此得到各方面的支持。於數年之間，美豐行工程服務有限公司無論在人才或業務方面，都能做到集師廣益，至今已發展成為一間多元化的專業屋宇維修、工程設計公司。
根據工程界之經營歷史，大多是以判上判形式運作。其實外判工程除了對公司本身盈利有保障外，別無優點。而二判之工程質量往往是將貨就價，工程質素自然不理想。本公司有見及此，於 1999 年開始已採用直接聘請技術員代替二判工作。現在除了少部份工程仍是外判外，其他工程均由本公司所聘用之資深技術員擔任，由本公司直接管理。因此由美豐行工程服務有限公司負責之工程，無論服務及品質方面皆有相當保障。
